From humble beginnings in a small Northam office in the 1950’s, Byfields is now the largest CPA firm based in WA. Remaining down to earth, Byfields now consists of thirteen directors, and over one hundred staff across eight offices.

At Byfields, we believe graduates have a raw talent that needs to be moulded, developed, motivated and guided through the early days of their careers.

We are here to nurture this talent and as a graduate, we will provide you with the winning environment in which to accomplish all your personal and professional goals.

As part of our in house training, our Partners take very hands on roles, teaching and mentoring all new graduates on a one-to-one basis, so that one day they too might go on to become Managers and Partners of the firm.

Our commitment to helping further your training means that as well as encouraging future post grad study and allowing you the time off that you need, we will also be there to guide and advise you, offering you all the support that you might need to climb up the ladder and further your career.

Unlike other large firms, many of our graduates have a chance to grow quickly within the business. There are no limitations on how far you can go and no glass ceilings to hold you back. How many offices does Byfields have?

We have seven offices, located in Perth, Northam, Merredin, Narrogin, Wagin, York and Esperance.

Will I be able to continue my training while I work?

Yes, encouraging and enabling further staff training is an essential part of our practice.

Byfields will even pay for your CPA/CA membership and enrolment fees. We also give time off to study for exams and have regular in-house specialist training for all staff.

Will my role allow me to deal directly with clients?

Yes, face-to-face contact with clients is an important aspect of the job.

Is there flexible work options at Byfields?

We understand flexibility is important to our employees well-being and work life balance, therefore we offer a variety of flexible work options.

Does Byfields play a part in the community?

Yes, at Byfields we take pride in being actively engaged in the local community, and have raised large amounts towards Biggest Morning Tea, Jeans for Genes, Blue Tree Project, Share The Dignity bag campaign, and Bushfire Appeals in WA.
